The Rooftec 120 gsm is a high-performance breathable roofing membrane with impressive vapour permeability. The water and airtight underlay is suitable for use in a variety of applications, including cold and warm, tiled or slated pitched roofs, timber and metal frame construction, as well as Scottish sarking boards. Protect your roof structure from damaging condensation and create a barrier from the elements with the Rooftec 120 gsm breathable membrane.
The Rooftec 120 gsm’s composition of high tensile polypropylene is strong and durable. BBA approved, the Rooftec 120 gsm is a mid-level underlay that is still lightweight and easy to handle.
