Polycarbonate Sheeting

Polycarbonate Twinwall & Multiwall Sheets provide a flexible variety of options and solutions for both Glazing and Roofing applications.

The variety of thicknesses and colours available of these lightweight sheets, combined with excellent durability, impact resistance, UV resistance and insulating properties, make polycarbonate sheeting the go to product for many.

When further combined with the wide variety of accessories that are available, it makes it easy to ensure you can achieve the necessary finish for your project.

The sheets are available cut to size at your specified width and length.

(To a maximum of 2100mm Wide X 7000mm Long)

Rafter Supported Roof System

Rafter Supported glazing systems sit on top of a pre constructed (usually) timber frame. Whether for a Lean to, Car Port, Gazebo or Pergola. The bars are made from Aluminum with a PVC cap.

The glazing bars secure the Polycarbonate sheets into place as well as adding to the aesthetics of the glazing system. Combine with other glazing accessories to complete the look of the roof.

Suitable for 10mm – 25mm Polycarbonate Sheets.
Available in three colours: White, Brown and Anthracite Grey.

Self-Supporting Roof System

Self-Supporting glazing systems are ideal for when a pre constructed timber frame does not exist or is not possible for such as a Lean to or Car Port.

The Heavy-duty Aluminum core of the bars provides its own structural support and when combined with wall plates, eaves beams and/or Support legs, create their own frame. The bars are capped with PVC.

The glazing bars play a critical role in supporting and securing the Polycarbonate sheets in place as well as aesthetics to the entire glazing system. Combine with other glazing accessories to complete the look of the roof.

Suitable for 16mm – 35mm Polycarbonate Sheets.
Available in three colours: White, Brown and Anthracite Grey

Trims & Accessories

To complement and finish the look of your polycarbonate sheet/roof there are a range of trims and accessories. Available in PVC and Aluminum.

Including (but not limited to) Sealing tapes and adhesives, sheet closures, drip bars, flashings, support legs, wall plates, eaves beams, fixing buttons, joining strips & end caps.

Available in Clear, White, Brown and Anthracite Grey.
