Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we will need to obtain a signed proof of delivery, so please ensure you have an authorized signatory on site.

If you do not have an agreed trade account & agreement with us, you can pay over the phone, by bank transfer or cash on delivery. Our drivers do not carry cash so please ensure the agreed correct amount is available in full at the time of delivery. Any “cash on delivery” arrangements must be agreed with the delivery branch before delivery is agreed. No goods will be left on site without prior payment.

Yes, we can leave the delivery in a pre-specified place, however this will be entirely at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or missing/stolen goods.

If we have several deliveries planned in the same area the delivery fee can be reduced, however this cannot be guaranteed. Your delivery branch will be able to advise on this further.

Yes, we deliver using our vehicles with uniformed staff for 95% of the products we stock, however for certain stocks e.g Hardie Plank delivery will be made direct by our supplier.

Yes, provided they are undamaged, used and in the original packaging. See our returns policy for further details.

We are happy to offer any advice & guidance we can, however our staff are not qualified surveyors and therefore we cannot be held responsible for any guidance given that may prove unsuitable for your finished project.
