Lead Flashing (Code 3 & Code 4)

Lead flashings are an integral part of any roof. Used to provide a weatherproof seal of gaps and abutments. Lead roof flashings prevent rainwater from entering a property and protect it against the dangers of damp ingress, making lead flashing roofs extremely durable.  

Roof lead flashing tends to be easily shaped, long-lasting and flexible in all weather conditions. 

It is due to this flexibility and workability of the material itself, along with the consistency of its thickness, that Lead has been a highly specified building material as no other metal can match its longevity once correctly installed and has an extremely long history of use in the building industry. 

Available in two different codes (3 and 4), 3 or 6 metre lead rolls and a variety of widths.
