Easy-Trim Lead R

Easy-Trims Lead R is an Aluminum alternative to traditional lead flashing.

Suitable for use in both flat and pitched roof projects. It is easy to mould and shape, and will adapt to various surfaces, with a protective anti-corrosion coating and an adhesive underside, providing a permanent bond to brickwork, roof tiles and other popular construction materials.

Available in a smooth finish, 150mm & 300mm Widths, 5m rolls.

Rooftec Flex is an EPDM-based lead replacement with a core of expanded aluminum mesh.

The mesh gives the product exceptional strength, flexibility and life expectancy.

EPDM and aluminum are both environmentally friendly materials, neither of which have any scrap value resulting in an (almost) endless list of advantages over traditional lead.

With an adhesive underside, this provides a permanent bond to brickwork, roof tiles and other popular construction materials.
